Bio: Rhonda is a general practice attorney emphasizing agricultural law, including equine law, criminal defense, and civil litigation ranging from contract and other business disputes to personal injury actions. Rhonda devotes a significant portion of her practice to appellate work: drafting appellate briefs and arguing cases before the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court. Rhonda began her career as a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals, and has continued to emphasize appellate work continuously throughout her career.

Rhonda's current practice includes representing the firm's individual and corporate clients in Leavenworth, Wyandotte, Johnson, Miami, Jefferson, Franklin and Douglas Counties in Kansas, as well as in the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court. She represents clients in disputes that include: civil and criminal appeals; debt collection; landlord - tenant issues; equine issues; mechanic's and agister's liens; real and personal property disputes; tax appeals; personal injuries; civil disputes and contract issues. Rhonda is also active with several equestrian groups.

Previously, Rhonda was a partner in Levinson & Levinson PA. and in Gibbens, Levinson & Levinson LC.
