Joe focuses his practice in the areas of business and estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate development, municipal law and property/land use law. 

Joe represents many of the firm’s business and individual clients in Leavenworth, Wyandotte and Johnson Counties in Kansas, in legal transactions including: business planning and transactions, residential and commercial real estate development, 1031 exchanges, land use and zoning law and all aspects of estate planning and probate.
