Dan is a general practice attorney with experience emphasizing many aspects of civil and commercial litigation, construction and land use law, family law, municipal law, debtor and creditor relations, simple estate planning, probate and counseling non-profit organizations.
Dan’s practice includes representing the firm’s individual and business clients in Leavenworth, Wyandotte, Johnson, Miami, Jefferson, Franklin and Douglas Counties in Kansas, in disputes including: debt collection, landlord and tenant disputes, mechanic’s liens, property disputes, civil disputes and contract issues. Dan provides advice and representation for clients considering Chapter 7 or 3 Bankruptcy. Dan represents the firm’s municipal clients in matters relating to employment, code enforcement and municipal prosecution. Dan also devotes a significant amount of time to assisting the firm’s not-for-profit clients with corporate formation and application for tax-exempt status.
